Have you ever looked at a web map or app and thought you'd love to be able to download the data it contains? I certainly have. With ESRI web apps luckily the data can be extracted.
Using the Developer Tools function in Chrome or the equivalent in other browsers we can see the source of each of the layers.

Right click any of these layers, copy the address and past in back into the search bar. Then work your way back up the file tree till you find get to the top level of the organisations rest API. Each individual layers address can then be copied into QGIS or similar to load a WMS or the API used to extract information.
